I love Patty Jenkins responding to all the haters (read: non-comic book fans that don’t know what they’re talking about) who complained about Diana/the Amazon’s skimpy outfits. Her response was essentially “I want to be a women who can be badass and look hot at the same time, so that’s how we’re writing the

That’s exactly the problem Suicide Squad had (IMO). The trailer made it seem like a completely different movie than what it actually was. In fact, the movie never got any better than the trailers- they literally included the best parts of the whole movie. WW is keeping a lot of mystery about the plot though. We pretty

Captain America’s theme music always reminded me of Toy Story.

WW has had so many different origin stories over the years that I think they’re smart going in this direction, kind of blending different versions together. I’m sure there’s a wider purpose for it within the DCEU as well, especially since the Amazon’s were entrusted with a motherbox.

I disagree. They’re using the sword to speak to Diana’s nature of being kind and compassionate but still strong enough to fight with the best of them. Kind of compliments the lasso, which from what we’ve been shown will be used much more than I ever expected it would be. Hard to incorporate the lasso of truth into a

I have no doubt this movie will be great. The only question at this point is Gal Gadot’s acting. She seems VERY... one note-d? I don’t even know how to put it, just seems like all her lines/scenes from BvS and all the WW trailers are very monotone and shallow. Hoping she’s better in the movie.

she took multiple earth-shattering hits from Doomsday in BvS, so i have a hard time believing a bullet would hurt her

or why she has those gauntlets when she’s bulletproof

Dear James Cameron,

I’ve never understood the hatred towards Finn Jones. He’s white in the comics, he’s white in the show. Why is that so problematic?

Personally I always found this to be the wrong show to include in the netflix line up to begin with. They put a lot of work into being the “grounded” superheroes and the mystical-ness behind Iron Fist is just a little too out there for the world that Marvel has created within Netflix. Maybe he would’ve been better

Based on the comments made by Joe Manganiello and Patty Jenkins concerning Batman and Wonder Woman, it seems that- if nothing else- a benefit of the previous DC movies being so poorly received is that they’re working extra hard to understand the source material and make a good movie now.

This is very true, didn’t think about it that way. I’m guessing Flash spent most of it’s budget for the year to produce the 2 gorilla city episodes, hence the CGI looking pretty wanky this season. In the past I’ve always thought it looked excellent but it seems to keep going downhill (like the rest of the show... I

Agents of Shield’s CGI looks even better than the Flash’s- and the Flash has more viewers.

1) many do, but more so in TV but that’s beside the point

That is something that’s really enticing, but more so because it puts my face in front of more people, who will want to [then] come and see a movie, like Moonlight, that I really care about

I completely agree. Supergirl (and Legends) have both been pretty awesome this season and haven’t just felt like a “fifth grade play”. The past could of episodes of SG have been pretty bad, but next week looks badass.

Beg your pardon. While some are bad, many are awesome:

Don’t forget Cisco’s. He’s the worst. We can only take so much leather.

I wondered if that’s why they killed off Laurel and brought in all these newbies- to lower their cost in response to the tanking ratings.
