I’m down to get rid of Arrow and replace it with Birds of Prey. I don’t know that the CW can pull off two teamup DC shows though.

I feel like it’ll be pretty weird having such an old superhero mixed in with all the others.

I would take Birds of Prey above any of the DC shows currently running, except maybe Legends. That show has been firing on all cylinders this season.

Deadpool is life. Lobo is not.

He’s not annoying because he’s hilarious, he’s annoying because he’s just an annoying character. If it’s humor we want let Barry Allen actually be funny or something.

I am 1,000,000% behind a Justice League Dark movie and .000001% behind a Lobo movie.

So who do we think is best to play Nightwing?

Dude, the Nate/Amaya relationship has been very downplayed and not the center of the whole show, meaning it’s already waaaay better than season 1. Not to mention he’s an awesome character and they’re pretty good together. Nothing wrong with a little chemistry

I pretty much assume anything is being hidden unless otherwise clearly stated

Yeah Fisk and Kilgrave weren’t bad. I wasn’t a huge fan of Fisk as a villain, but i can see how people would like him. As for Cottonmouth/Mariah, I thought that was the worst “villain” I’ve ever seen... until the main villain came in later that season. Luke Cage tanked when it came to the bad guy department.

Wow, never even thought of J’onn using his powers to check if Lena was innocent. That would have kind of felt like a cop out though, especially since one of the larger looming questions of the season is whether she is good or bad.

Yes, and without feeling gimmicky or shallow. The Flash tries to have interesting individual episodes and an overall plot, but the villains are always super boring and shallow because they don’t develop them. AoS knows the importance of that and not making the writing too “easy” (everything feels earned).

Yeah you can tell the writers don’t know what to do with her- mostly because they shot themselves in the foot by bringing in 5-6 more characters that take up all the screen time.

I had a hard time enjoying the start of the season from still being so pissed at the show for killing Laurel lol. But it did have a good start, but again so did Season 4. The humor, the team aspect, Damien Darhk, it was all pretty awesome but then the midseason finale hit and it all went down the drain.

AoS is one of the best comic shows out right now dude. Has been for 2-3 seasons...this coming from a major DC fan.

Dude Thea is more interesting/fun than the other 4 new recruits combined (and definitely a superior actor)

You came close to winning, Guggenheim originally said she’d have an arc on Legends, which has turned out to be a lie since she hasn’t been back on set to film since the Black Siren episode of Arrow.

Don’t know why they’d even bother. The writers were very quick to have oliver point out that Dinah “has a better canary cry and is better at hand to hand” then Black Siren after watching her on a computer screen for 5 seconds. Just for comparison..

I’m convinced we were lied to about that. I think Guggie knew all along it’d be Laurel, they’ve always hated Katie Cassidy for some reason.. Evidenced by the fact that just brought in a completely new Black Canary and gave her the powers/fighting abilities/personality they could have just as easily given to Black

LOL. Really though, I couldn’t agree more. I was always a huge Laurel fan even back when everyone hated her (guess i love an under dog), so when they finally started to do her character justice I was so happy. Should’ve learned from 4 seasons of treating her awful though that they were never going to respect her now.
