When I buy a game from CDPR, Rockstar or Bioware, I’m expecting a good story with interesting characters. CP77 had bigger problems than its writing but it’s a problem that can’t really be fixed. Why would I want to spend more time with V? He’s a dullard.

It really shouldn’t be this hard. Hollywood seems to think that once you have an IP, you don’t have to work as hard on the basic elements of a good movie/TV show, like writing, acting, and directing.
