They’re poor enough to be in an Uber so, idk.

She should be throwing haymakers at whoever told her those tarantula leg fake eyelashes were a good look.

Correction: Malaysia King, the skank whore, was not arrested in Las Vegas due to the attack on the Uber driver. She and a fellow hood rat were arrested at a Bank of America as they tried to use a fake ID to try to withdraw funds from an account they did not own. She is also the one suspected of pepper spraying the

Two things come immediately to mind.

If you buy a house and a decade later the government decides it needs to use that lot to build a road, do you believe you are not entitled to just compensation?

I have compassion for these people because they are people trying to make a living. Also, compassion is good! We should feel more compassion!

Not all drivers have adequate insurance.

Insurance didn’t cover it because it was a pre-existing condition.

Yeah, my RAM Hemi has it and I hate it. Especially with exhaust you can really hear when it kicks on/off. Thankfully I can turn it off by shifting the gears to 8. Once my warrant is up I will get a tune and turn it off. This is my second Ram and my 09 I turned it off and the gas millage lost not much if any.

The issue for me is long term ownership. The system results in uneven wear and faster wear. I have also put about 2000 miles on a rental suburban recently and was very impressed with the fuel efficiency and power combination. I averaged almost 22mpg. That's remarkable for how big it is. I’m just not sure if want it

But is it really saving you any fuel in real life, as opposed to artificial tests?

Prediction: despite Jalopnik’s typical hysterical interpretation (for a car blog Jalopnik seems very conflicted about actually liking automobiles) , these trucks that don’t have cylinder deactivation will sell for a small premium on the used market.

A cursory search of the Silverado forums found that deleting DOD didn’t hurt fuel economy very much. I don’t think this is as big an issue as it’s being reported here.

First gear: If you are getting a pickup, fuel economy is something like 3rd or 4th priority at best. I don’t think this is going to hurt sales.

Cylinder deactivation/ auto start-stop are technologies designed for the benefit of the manufacturer, to meet govt fuel economy regulations, and have little to no benefit for real-world drivers, from what I can see and read. So, missing module, who cares?  Just nobody blow smoke up our collective ass that somehow the

1st Gear:

if I was someone buying a new pickup, I’d be pissed about missing this module.

And to think there were people were paying $250 or more for plug-in modules to get rid of the cylinder deactivation (a.k.a. fuel management module) on those pickups when they could have just waited for the 2021 model year.

A lot of people hate the AFM and want to disable it, so it could be a blessing in disguise for both GM and its customers :o)

I asked my Uber driver to please route around the taxi protesters.
