Its a toy. All it does is vibrate. You’re not going to have any part of the actual game restricted from you if you don’t buy it; why so many people are acting like this is the case is beyond me.

You can do Z-Moves with or without the Z Ring. Also you can only use Z-Moves once per battle making this item a glorified vibrating cock ring.

The moves aren’t exclusive as far as I can tell, this just makes a vibration when you perform them, that’s all.
