The problem with minding our own fucking business is that China and Russia would literally install puppet leaders from West of China to the Baltics and raid all resources between if we didn’t have an active presence.

Its better to never get involved. We never should have invaded Iraq under Dubya invaded Iraq. But once there, you can’t quit with no warning. That leaves a vacuum that someone will fill, and it will be bloody and brutal.

Before Trump I wouldn’t have believed it possible that a President could display such idiotic incompetence that he could, against all odds, somehow make withdrawing troops from the never ending quagmire of the Middle East into a bad thing.

The obvious lesson for the rest of the world is that you shouldn't help the U.S.  Don't help the U.S. fight it's wars because you'll just end up betrayed and abandoned.

You’re making a mistake about 45. You are assuming he can, in any way, shape, or form, identify with anything outside himself. His definition of Treason can only mean personal betrayal of himself. Literally. This is how this man thinks. He does not care or even register the legal or constitutional definitions of such

You know, were it someone with a modicum of intelligence, I might almost believe he’s calling everything treason to water it down so when he gets charged with treason it sounds just as ridiculous.  But, no, this is the Republican President screaming, “I’m not crying, you’re crying” and throwing a tantrum.

And he doesn’t realize that the majority of the democratic support would like to see ALL treason committing people thrown in jail. Biden did it? Great, arrest his ass too! Get rid of all the corruption, even if it means some democrats go down as well.

But they don’t. They are ornery children, who have hitched their wagon to this ornery child's, and they're going with him NO MATTER WHAT.

That Trump’s entire public-facing strategy appears to be “take me seriously, but only when it works in my favor; when I stick my head firmly up my fourth point of contact, I was obviously doing satire” would be, in any sane world, as damning an indictment as any Presidency would need to be entirely written off.

The man

It’s not that surprising. If I recall correctly, Trump whined back during the halcyon days of the Mueller Report that impeachment would tarnish his “legacy.” He’s obsessed with being remembered for “something,” but is too stupid and senile to actually come up with something with a lasting impact. I think he believes

Nobody likes a monument to failure, besides Confederacy apologists of course.

We shouldn’t be surprised that a man who has never faced any consequences for his crimes is confused that he may actually face some consequences for his crimes.

Because once you ascend to the Executive Class you’re rewarded for success and not punished for failure because you were put in charge by other members of the Executive Class that want to be rewarded for success and not punished for failure.

Oh come on. At this point, displaying the confederate flag and then crying over people’s negative reactions is the equivalent of a German girl wearing a swastika belt buckle and being all: “I don’t understand the outrage! It’s an ancient Asian religious symbol I’m wearing! I don’t mean that! Gee, people really like

I honestly like Joe Biden and think he’s done a lot of hard, good work for this country. Obviously he’s made some mistaken that were EXTREMELY costly, but he isn’t a bad dude.

“... something which definitely would have escalated the situation had the troll been an actual constituent struggling with mental illness.”

Trump—like every armchair lawyer that ever vomited a profound legal opinion into the ether of the Internet—does not seem to understand that it is not necessary to say “I am committing a specific, actionable crime at this moment, and this is the word or phrase used to describe that crime” in order to commit a crime.

If

And with that, we’re officially in thelive-testing the ‘shoot someone on 5th Avenue and not lose a single supporter speech” phase of the Trump presidency.

Influencing requires an almost impossible plethora of skills since it’s “a hybrid of many jobs,”

Being a Kim Kardashian impersonator is hard damn work.
