Since the right feeds on outrage, there’s a continuing desire for more outlandish claims and conspiracy theories- it will be a race to the bottom, not some rational tiering of right wing news. 

Agreed, he’s a center-right leaning company man. But since he gives the slightest amount of pushback to the more egregious claims, it creates this false sense of balance, while still absolutely on the GOP side of the house.

tl;dr Trump is a horrible person who would delete documents, alter them, fire Comey, accuse Comey of all sorts of crimes, etc. So, in anticipation of having to defend himself from all this shit, Comey kept a copy of those documents in a safe place, but in violation of FBI rules.

I think their goal was to decimate public transportation and traditional taxis by offering super cheap rides. Once those services were attenuated, they could raise prices. I also think they’re still pushing on driverless cars, but that’s a long term play.

Correct, but my point is that they assumed when they voted to remain, that UK/EU would reach a reasonable deal. It’s never safe to assume, but I guess they thought the UK would be rational.

Scotland voted to stay, but they likely assumed that there would be a deal in place, not just crashing out of the EU.

The amount of “norm breaking” Trump has engaged in, is truly astounding. All the norms and decorum that Pelosi and Schumer are so obsessed have been ignored.

That’s my point- Dems are bending over backwards to appeal to unions, who will give them some support, but individual union members probably still won’t vote for them. Their money and time can be better spent turning out their “true” base.
