I played that Pokemon Diamond back in 5th grade. I wanna say it was a black cartridge but I don't remember. I do remember that the save function didn't work.

Meant the iPod Touch.
I meant the iPod Touch.
I meant the iPod Touch.
so it's probably safe to get one as soon as I want, rather than waiting for their press conference?
Thinking about getting an iTouch in a couple months, after income taxes. Anyone know if/when Apple might announce a new one?
Get your country to file a class action lawsuit I guess.
That was an entirely separate case.
Pretty sure its US only since its a US court case. That said, if you lie about your address in the claim, and say you're living at a valid address in the US, then you could probably get the free stuff on your US account. Only as long as that account was active before the hack.
Well, if you ever plan to get a PS3, 4, or Vita, and haven't had PS+ then you could get the 3 months of free PS+, and while that's active, add every game Plus game that comes to those systems to your account, so you'll have a good backlog of games to play on those systems.
I'm assuming this means if the collective whole of people submitting claims values more than that amount.
Just because one company handles it worse doesn't mean its okay for another one to not handle it so badly. It is not entitlement to expect the game we paid full price for, to work in all its features and modes. That is asking the bare minimum of any product. For it to work.
That all sounds good. But, working more often than not isn't exactly a glowing commendation. Getting extra stuff is cool, but it doesn't make the thing I bought work any better.
When you preorder online at Wal-Mart, do you have to put down the whole amount right then, or is it like Amazon where you don't have to pay until it ships?

It's really not that big of a deal. By your own admission you're getting all the time you missed, plus an extra day back. And no one is holding a gun to your head to use the 10% off.
Ok...but this isn't Steam.
Because spewing hate won't help your point any.
I don't agree with what he said, but no reason not to be civil.
And looky looky, they just deleted that last sentence.
There's a whole lot of "thanks" in that message. Given so many people are paying for PS+ these days, a "sorry" or two couldn't have hurt.
