Yeah, it’s one thing to not know that if he had just played a blind guy in a high school play. It’s quite a different thing to not know that he’s the star of a highly acclaimed TV series that your company owns.

That casting director needs to be fired. They should have known his work and worked with him on over coming this problem. That being said, I’m not sure he would be right for the role of young Han Solo.

Too bad for him, but his and Star Wars’ loss is our gain.
