The '64 1/2 Mustang Pace Car was always a favorite of mine, but I also had a thing for the '78 Vette Indy Pace Car as well.

No Valiant/Lancer? Mopar's first true foray into the economy compact? Mine came from the factory radio delete and heater delete with power nothing and a double digit horsepower rating. Doesn't get much more basic than that. It did have seat belts, but only in front.
