Yes, they kept the tooling, or a vast majority of it. As irony would have it, tooling is stored at an Army Depot.

Tooling exists, I'd say about 90%, as some tooling was at the end of its useful life, but the bigger problem is that key suppliers no longer exist or have moved/modified manufacturing to support other programs.
