Seriously. I’m 31 and I struggle to decide whether I should buy Hershey or Reese’s. Without wishing to offend anyone of my generation, I do think that implementing policy takes, if not more years, then certainly more personal and professional life experience than most people can accumulate in ~31 years on the planet.
