A lot of places count exchange/visiting students as alumni as well so…

Even though I like Kingkiller a lot more as a book, I agree the The Lies of Locke Lamora is way more adaptable and fun movie material. I mean it's the basically fantasy ocean's 11. Only you know, with stakes.

Actually it was pretty clear from the first book the the story will end at the time of the frame story. It's right there in the title, it's the story of how he came to be a kingkiller. And I don't get fantasy's obsession with plot progression; yes, the books are meandering and indulgent, that's the point. Call me

They get even better when you reread them because you pick up a lot of subtle foreshadowing

Unlikely. But possible I guess

Tipping is just so ridiculously arbitrary.

But just imagine the masterpiece dollhouse could have been with someone like Tatiana Maslany at the helm

I usually choose to ignore the last 10 minutes or so of the last episode…

I think so too, though Stannis might die before the Manderlies join him with Davos & Rickon. Rickon will probably end up being the Lord of Winterfell. Sansa might keep the Eyrie

RE: Ideas about this thread

It makes sense really that she's so old. Explains her power

Thank you! I got those vibes too in the beginning

I'm still hoping against hope for a fourth season

Thesi is wrong. It's Greek not Latin. It'd be theses if you want to use the archaic plural. (Sorry for being a pedant)

About your question Caroline, I think it's Ben's car. Karen mentions it belonged to a dead friend when she escapes from the hospital. And Ben makes the most sense chronologically speaking.

There's Clark on the 100 #Clexa4ever
…but yeah, pretty dire!

The refusal of the authorities to lock down the city after the threat is wholly unbelievable, particularly considering how convinced everyone is about the seriousness of the threat. Not to mention that a video like that on TV would cause most people to stay at home even without official warning.

Not to mention that with all the post 9/11 Islamophobia, even without an imminent threat a middle-eastern person with no official capacity barring a gate like that would cause an uproar.

I loved "What Happened Miss Simone?" and it be interesting to see if Netflix can get one of it's originals an Oscar

Oh man, all I want from life is a DC musical crossover extravaganza. Like get Grant Gustin to do a big tap number, and John Barrowman sing a harrowing duet with Laura Benanti about how evil they are and somehow get Colin Donell back to sing "To honour my friend's memory" with Amell…
I don't know it doesn't have to make
