thanks for your article. i have had one of these magnetic USBC cables for a few weeks and i use it on my macbook 12". overall it’s not as good as the design apple has had for a while. it’s bulkier, the magnet is slightly less strong, it’s not reversible, the cable is so thick that it doesn’t bend as much as it should…
