Please pretty please on the concert footage. I will buy the album, but a DVD under the tree would make my holiday.

I would have liked to have seen more sexiness and cheek, too. I haven’t been impressed by any of her dances yet. But on the other hand the judges comments have been gross, too. I am genuinely torn on this one.

I have two evil-eye bracelets that I wear in stressful times. I am not a superstitious person but I find them oddly comforting. Plus they look great with denim.

I don’t always soap them up, but I like to give them a good scrub with the washcloth. It feels nice and invigorating, and my skin looks less dull. Sometimes I have to skip it due to time constraints, and I can really tell the difference. Not washing feet is gross, especially if you walk around barefoot or in sandals

The sandals, perhaps. I dunno, they look comfortable and my feet are all kinds of damaged now from years of abuse. But the boot-like things? Bandals? Boodals? Sandboots? Oh hell no.

Ffffpt. That’s such a guy thing. I’ve ridden my entry level TT bike for years and beaten lots of dudes on pricier setups. Unless you are competing at an elite level, a lot of those expensive components don’t matter. Disc wheels don’t give you an advantage until you are averaging 22+mph, and they’re downright dangerous

That would be awesome! I found a empire waisted run top at REI that worked, but it didn’t have as nice of pockets as a true bike jersey. I like your design idea.

Yes, seconded. I was skeptical, then pleasantly surprised.

I have had a dairy sensitivity for years so soy has been my go-to for a while now. Have you noticed the recent soy backlash recently? What do you think of it?

When I watched Glee, I felt like I identified way too much with Michele’s character. (Sigh) Never been cool, never will be cool.

I live outside of Detroit, SE Michigan, so almost a neighbor. Humidity-wise our summers are no joke, either, though being near a lake does help. For a while I lived in NYC and Philly; the latter especially made me appreciate Michigan summers. I didn’t have A/C at my apartments in either city, so in the summer I would

Yes, our office is usually freezing all summer, so going outside can be a tremendous shock some days. But all the same, Ontario is not Florida - it is much hotter down there year ‘round. And this summer certainly has been hotter than any I can recall. I lived in a more humid climate for a few years, and I managed

I’m 5'6 but have short legs, so just about everything must be hemmed. Learning to do a basic hem stitch is something you will never regret, and will save many trips to the tailor.

Half of me hopes my husband never sees this story, and the other half wants to send it to him. Half of me is a truly terrible person. The husband reallllly hates cable cars.

I hoped I was missing something. I am about the same age as Ryder and co., and reading the show summary gave me major sads. Next up: Pump Up the Volume with an alt-right hero broadcasting in an inner city high school.

The show description kind of sounds like some ultra-conservative fever dream where nice, white heteros are bullied by the minority/gay agenda. Maybe I need more coffee, though.

I originally read the price of the Brother Vielles shoes as $175, which didn’t sound so bad. After scanning the comments I reread and saw the price $715. Oof. Is that is really the price of shopping ethically? $715 is a big chunk of my annual shopping budget.

My daughter picked up “front butt” at preschool and I have been doing my best to correct that. Though I confess that was a new one for me, and I was pretty certain I'd heard them all before then.

I like big sunnies, too! I feel like big glasses look better on my face somehow. Of course I also only buy sunglasses at the gas station or CVS, so there’s that, too.

I am all about athleisure. I have legit workout clothes that are just for working out (no way I’m walking around in stinky bike shorts or swimwear longer than necessary) but I also found the nicer looking stuff great for after hours and weekends, especially now that I have a young child. They are more comfortable than
