This is a totally reasonable argument. There always has to be a grand villain to keep the wheels spinning and the dollars printing. When you hear things like we are in WWIII against ISIS you have to wonder.

Really good call from the commander of the Truman on this one. Although the rocket landed less than a mile away, hotter heads have, in the past, led to awful decisions.

Russia could have a tug boat tow the rocket to within 500 yards, no doubt. China could buy a tug boat from Russia with the promise of turning it into a floating casino and then use it to tow a rocket to within 350 yards so long as Russia will sell China an engine for their new knockoff tugboat.

If Iran can drop a rocket 1500 yards off the beam of one of our carriers...well makes me wonder what China or Russia can do.

Let’s not do this please. I juts want to sit in my barracks rooms and drink Crown Royal and not have to worry about possibly being deployed to the middle of the Islamic Republic anytime soon.
