As has been pointed out, I accidentally kept referring to “moral dessert” rather than “moral desert” in last season’s finale review.

They were not uncatchable. I caught a few and tossed most of them because they all seemingly turned into dittos in the always almost full inventory. I have one, it still looks like a ditto though.
My real question tho is does your family use pre-made wrappers or roll their own.
Also really wanted to like the show, and gave the benefit of the doubt with watching both preview (?) episodes. But like so many sitcoms, the good bits were drowned out by the annoying and offensive bits. For every “This feels like a trap” there’s Emet not going to talk to the teacher supervising (and presumably…
And, that? Is ALL I wanted from an ending on BBC “Sherlock”.
For the next generation, the classic “Where are your papers?” line will not be delivered in a Nazi German accent, but a laconic Texan accent.
It’s fun but could do better seems to be an opinion shared by most. Defining terms more clearly would be nice: how long the challenges actually take, what work is the “shop foreman” doing (similarly I always wondered how the costuming worked on Face Off ‘n’ such). Plus, if possible focus a bit more on process like,…
The thing that bugs me is that Shakespeare was the lowbrow populist stuff of his time and now is being held up as high art for children (and adults). Get thee to a nunnery.
I don’t understand why this movie is so reviled. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Next you’ll be singing the praises of chicken tartar. 8P
There’s more pokémon than over 50 years of Doctor Who?
The athleticism is amazing, but the wood only adds flair because if you’ve ever picked up a martial arts magazine where there are many advertisements (or have a kid involved in one of the arts) you’d know that breaking wood is just this side of balsa wood. No skill is needed to break it.
What’s interesting is that Mulan didn’t need to become a soldier to save her father. Conscription rules back in the day meant that if she had been a weaver for the empire, they could not have drafted her father (or little brother). Of course, the story would be a lot less cinematic (although Dae Jang Geum did a lot…
The point of the ending is not so much refusing the emperor as it is a lack of interest in glory. She joined the army to save her father and she saved China because it needed doing. Afterwards she went home where she could be herself. In the original poem she ends the war as a general having never been discovered. …
Tezcatlipoca looks very Galactus-ish
The best CPK segment was his Tony award hosting related installment.
Currently, the Marvel TV shows are “crossing over” with name drops: Cloak & Dagger mention Misty Knight. Daredevil mentions the guy with a suit and the guy with the hammer. etc. The movies could easily do the same. If time sensitivity is the problem then they could spend 5 mins filming 8 different possible…
I have to say, for me, after just finishing the truck/van chase to then jump onto the motorcycle it was all too much and I wanted some banter or plot at that point. Action fatigue strongly resembles boredom.
This is the US. The answer is probably a lawsuit. Can the journalists pre-emptively file a class action lawsuit about creating an atmosphere of hatred and incitement to ...?
Having now seen the show, if Dayna’s thing is going to be “I’ve seen that on Etsy” all the time, then she’s going to be a big irritant going forward because what haven’t you seen on Etsy?
