They are great. I'll concede that.
They are great. I'll concede that.
She’s been hailed as a great beauty since the 70s. She is unquestionably elegant. And that matters a lot.
My guess? She was wearing it on the wrist. There’s a reason why thorough hand washing means soaping and rinsing the wrist thoroughly. I’m not saying she was dirty, but most people don’t worry about the wrist.
It would be redundant for our daughter to give us these movies. She was raised on them. She gloried on them.
So Hank and Marie DID have a child?
This is not my story, and I’m not sure it fits, but here goes:
I think that’s harsh. The word “tithe” was never used at the church I grew up in. But they did publish what every family gave each week. Yes, every week.
I remember those envelopes. Nobody I knew tithed.
Thank you so much. At last I have a name for these cards. Years ago, I bought some of their blue correspondence cards. The best I have ever owned. I used them and forgot the name! I just looked them up. These are it. Thank you soooo much!!!!
Nope. Not even close. There is a surge of international students of Chinese origin at IU. That’s all. Twenty-five percent of the total student population is not right.
Oh yes, it is where the out-of-state idiot spawn of the wealthy go. Absolutely true. Worse, to meet the demand from out of state idiots, who can get in as long as they can pay, smart Hoosier kids are getting less aid and have more trouble getting in.
Indiana loses its bright natives. Then the businesses here end up importing the managerial class from other states. It’s a vicious cycle. Damn near every smart Hoosier kid I've ever met lives in Chicago.
As of now, living in Northern Indiana. In a county adjacent to yours. Hearing breathtakingly racist statements coming out of the mouths of the so-called open minded post-racial millennial generation.
Indiana had a gigantic, thriving KKK presence for decades. Just because I didn't use the term you might prefer doesn't mean the sentiment and ugliness isn't still there. I'll concede on the term, since it's hardly worth quibbling about in the face of very real Hoosier racism.
Many, if not most, Hoosier small towns used to be “sundown towns,” where black people could not live, because they had to leave town by sundown.
If she’s in Bloomingron proper, she’ll be disappointed. It’s a People’s Republic. Very progressive.
Having spent a good portion of my life in South Carolina, where three quarters of my family lives, including siblings and parents, and having lived in the Northeast and the Midwest, I’ve experienced many of the flavors of American racism.
Indiana is about 10 percent African American. There are very large African American populations in Gary and Indianapolis. IU is a national public school. Fewer than five percent African American students is unacceptable.
Yep. And here is the woman who brought them down:
IU is, in many ways, an excellent university. But its lack of diversity is shameful. This is a well known truth about IU Bloomington.
