I’ve tried nearly a dozen times to get one as they go up on websites. Struck out, every single time. Closest I got was Walmart where it was in the cart, I had my info entered, then had the PS5 removed on checkout. I’ve had a few friends win the lottery, but nadda for me so far. It’s pretty infuriating.

Yep, dude could retire tomorrow having accrued enough wealth to take care of his family for generations. While I do think we need a wider discussion on how audiences treat visible members of any community, I also have little sympathy for people like Ninja whom are at their absolute peak and take in more cash than most…

I put somewhere around 140 hours into Odyssey (including the DLC). Never used the booster, and never felt under-leveled. I did every damn thing you could do in the game, though, so I may be a bit of an outlier in that regard. I’d reach a new province and clear it out before advancing any side missions or stories.

The real easy mode was the friends we made along the way.

Stunlock mechanics are almost never fun. One of the boss fights had me dying more times than I would have liked due to being frozen and unable to break out before I was killed. Sitting helpless while you’re off’d doesn’t feel good. It doesn’t feel challenging. It doesn’t reward skill. It just feels like shit.

Yet here…

The difference here is that this game has a large PvE component and Bungie flat out refuses to balance PvE and PvP differently, so you end up with situations where something is really fun in PvE but because it breaks PvP, it gets nerfed.

I think it looks fun, but not $70 fun. The game seems like it’s destined to be thrown on to PS+ at some point in the year following it’s launch though, so I’m more than happy to wait.

That and she actually gives a shit about the younger generations. Crazy, I know.

I platinum’d the game. Was looking forward to hopping back in it on next gen with those crazy loading times.

I’m glad you know and/or have surveyed the entire state. As a Michigander, I’m quite happy with my governor, as are most of the sane, rational, people that I know. Her strict measures likely saved a lot of us.

The method I found was to complete the floor is lava challenge, and used the added jump height to vault up there. Was nice to finally hear it after jumping around like an idiot for 15ish minutes!

I’ve got to blame the media for this one. They constantly pound the fact that it effects the elderly and immunocompromised the most - but fail again and again to state how serious the symptoms can get even to a younger person.
