@darkNiGHTS: You can actually set a RSS on ChangeDetection for a monitored site, then you add this RSS to your Google Reader. It works great and you don't have to go to the ChangeDetection site everytime you want to check the changes of a site.
What if I want to do this from a windows machine? Using the command line, I mean.
