Someone else on the thread said it perfectly. The word female used as a noun is awful and annoying (“Females are so moody,” for example), but using the word female as an adjective is absolutely totally fine. There is nothing wrong with the word female when used properly.

I prefer “female” to modify a noun — it just sounds more grammatically correct to me — but my editors disagree and changed it.

Deleting all of this because I can’t afford to have it traced to me. That’s how bad it is professionally to struggle with mental illness.

Having to discuss mental health issues in a professional context is one of the more humiliating things to do in the American workplace. I had to do it today and even though the outcome was extremely favorable for me, I still want to curl up in a ball and hide forever. I can’t imagine having to deal with it on this

nah she markets herself to look younger. i dont think she looks SO young- it’s the clothes, hair and makeup to look like a ‘lolita’ that make us think she looks like a baby
