Haha. Maybe if I’d read the books before I played the games I would have felt that way, but I felt like my Geralt had forged a real relationship with Triss over the 3 games. Leaving that for an ex seemed out of character for him.
I was incredibly happy with my Witcheress ending. Ciri didn’t seem to desire the politics of Nilfgaard and combined with Geralt’s semi-retirement with Triss in Kovir it felt like a passing of the torch.
Lobbying for and receiving government intervention is pretty much the opposite of laissez-faire. It’s a prime example of how the world has crony capitalism instead of anything resembling the free market that libertarians or Austrian economists desire.
What?!?! Jak, Ratchet and Sly were the heart of the PS2. The omission of Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal and Sly 2: Band of Thieves is unforgivable.
