This color scheme really works and looks good here. Props to Hyundai for coming out of left field with a new performance brand and a distinct color scheme, and getting it to actually stick and be memorable. There is no mistaking the blue/red N colors for anything else when you see one on the road.

If this has actual equipment equivalent to their Elantra N, then it will probably have a relatively unforgiving ride, but track-car equivalent suspension and braking performance.

Thanks brother. ALPA member here

Tesla is non-union. I’m not buying a non-union made car, period.

No doubt, Tesla’s pricing is causing issues for the rest of the EV market - and the Tesla used market.

This feels a bit like the car market’s version of the bitcoin boom/bust hangover for graphics cards.

Dealers getting everything they deserve.  The markups were ridiculous and consumers finally whittled down to the ones that decided “nah...don’t really need one so I give up”.

A better deal is riding a bike so you don’t have to own a car and pay for gas or insurance. An even better deal is walking so you don’t have to buy a bike.

They are deals. Car prices are not what they used to be, and that’s a different discussion than this post.

While the dealer is definitely scummy, Munoz is not without fault here, either. Munoz should have done more to check and make sure that everything with that car was fine

Only took them 23 years, but yes they are officially cool now, and I actually would like one.

this is a good take. Supra is still a great car it is just overrated and put up on a pedestal because some engineers at a tuning house spent millions and millions of dollars of R&D to mofify the tits out of it to make it actually great.

This immediately came to mind for me, too. I mean, just look at it. LOOK AT IT!

If they called it the Pinto II instead it might be considered a performance car.

Lamborghini Countach. Absolutely horrible to sit in, let alone drive. I just cannot imagine driving any kind of distance in one of these without wanting to push it off a cliff (or sell it on BaT) at the end of the journey.

Mustang II King Cobra.  All show, no go.

It’s the same reason so many Star Wars “fans” hate everything made after 1990. They get in their head what it should be and won’t accept anything else.

Honda CR-Z.

Somebody is trying to pay for all the upgrades ND
