Lawsuits typically require you to prove that you stand to incur some form of injury caused by it; financial, emotional, etc. I doubt anyone would be able to prove they’re still playing Warhawk long enough for the judge to not immediately throw it out.

Aside from the gales of laughter that “Hey why don’t you spend more money” would be greeted with from the executives, adding more manpower to a task does not always (or even usually) speed it up. Check out The Mythical Man-Month by Fred Brooks.

I want an edge transit that shoots edge transits.

I have never once paid attention to firmware numbers.  It seems like a weird thing to focus on.  If there are major updates to the system, we’ll hear about them eventually either way.

Vanilla Destiny 2 is basically a free trial at this point.  If you like it, you’d have to buy all the dlc and expansions to get up to date and then you’re at the cost of a new game.  I’m not saying it’s not worth trying, but it’s not that surprising and is a smart move by Bungie to sell their new content.

As someone else pointed out on Twitter he even plagarized the mistake from the Engadget review of Samus Returns which incorrectly stated that you use the R button to manually target when it’s actually L. To me that’s the single most damning piece of evidence.
