While traveling in Europe, I used https://calisthenics-parks.com/ to find parks where I could work out. They also have an app which is just a browser loaded site, and they cover globally with user populated data. They don’t just list calisthenics-specific parks, but any parks that might have monkey bars and other

I have the Liberty+. They literally started falling apart two days after my one year warranty expired. Now one of them is suddenly quieter than the other. I love Anker products, but these are leaving me a little jaded.

Here in Portland, we are the opposite. Recycling is every week, and garbage is only bi-weekly. It took me a little bit to adjust, but they also give us a yard debris/compost bin as well that’s weekly. We also are told not to crush cans as part of the bottle/can deposit return. I have five different bins to manage.

I enjoy Cholula, but it’s hard for me to pick it when Tapatio or Valentina’s are 1/6 the price.

How do I stop your site from asking me over and over to sign up for the newsletter? I close the modal, but eventually, it will come back the next time I read an article. I’m not using any extensions that clean cookies or otherwise. I would expect that closing it once would create a cookie or something that says I’m

Not sure if this has been asked in the 138 comments, but why “at least somewhat warm” water? I don’t have a link, but based on some studies I’ve read the temperature of the water doesn’t matter. For it to matter (from heat killing bacteria) it would be hot enough to burn you. I think it’s more of a mental thing that

That happened to a blog post of mine once a few years ago. Let’s just say at the time my personally hosted site wasn’t best suited for handling the traffic it generated. It did get me to the top of Google’s search results for the particular topic the post addressed, however.

I just got an update on iOS for Google Maps that says it added this feature.

The thing though is that this stuff is good quality that lasts a long time. I still have an Aeron in great shape that I’ve had since 2001 and use daily. I doubt some $50 or even $100 chair you get from Office Depot is going to last that long. ~$600 at CostCo for 16 years (so far). It’s an investment.

The sides of ours are magnetic, but that doesn’t work for you if it’s recessed into an alcove covering both sides.

You really have to qualify that with static vs dynamic stretching. You should absolutely perform dynamic stretching as a warm up before a workout, but static stretching can reduce your power, which is more why it’s said to do after a workout rather than before. The evidence for injury from static stretching before is

This doesn’t seem to be working. The monitor is $368.50, and if you use the ZEROG code it says to add a qualifying product. The code itself also states it’s only an $80 off code, so that’d still leave the price at $288.50, if it worked.

“automatic” and “you just have to register the purchase” are a little conflicting, don’t you think? It’s like rebates, they offer this thing that sounds great, but most people won’t actually use it because they’ll either forget or not want to make the effort.

You need a new shaker bottle. I use Blender Bottles with Optimum Nutrition’s 100% Casein, and they blend it just fine.

The Rain-X wiper blades are actually the Water Repellency version of the Latitudes so they qualify for the $10 rebate. I know it’s only a $2 difference, but hey, that’s more than $0.

They really should just start calling them kip-ups so there’s no possibility of confusing them for real pull-ups.

Didn’t a recent court ruling make sharing your password like that a crime?

Or you could use the kind that have mini suction cups and can stick to any flat glass surface.

Problem solved.

Isn’t water the number one cause of drowning for anybody?
