Am I alone in finding it sad to see ships shuffle off to their death? Even run of the mill old freighters & such. Must be especially emotional for those who served on her. Cool video, though. Haunting!

Maybe the saddest part of all of this is that the Navy named the F-35B's tailor-made ship the USS America. Then again, considering how seemingly mismanaged our country has become, this may actually be a fairy accurate title.

This feature that angles up is so effin wrong. When they came out I was baffled as to how a major manufacturer’s styling dept could commit such a crime. It's like someone stood up in a design meeting and tossed out the idea of a pre-rear-ended new car. Somehow the others went along.
