Every gun is loaded.

The rule simply says “All guns are always loaded.” Therefore, it’s true in this guy’s case. Doesn’t say “Assume all guns are always loaded.”

If having to restart his career is the worst thing that comes of this he should count himself lucky. People get killed by stray bullets all the time, and I’m pretty sure a negligent discharge while drunk could be prosecuted as a felony if anyone cared enough to get the cops involved.

Okay, this was dumb and all, but really? He gets banned, fired, and is likely to lose his career now? For accidentally shooting a gun, in his own home, towards just gaming equipment, that didn’t hurt anyone? I can understand a suspension for a short time, but this is just insane.

Clearly this moron never learned the single most important rule of firearms - treat every gun as if it is loaded until you personally double / triple check.

I kind of agree, If you want to make a game designed for broad appeal, go for it. If you want to make a game with a very narrow appeal, go for it.
