Stylistically I think Snyder nailed a lot of the comic, but thematically he just seemed to miss the point, time and time again.

In the age of quality shows getting canceled and immediately picked up by someone else, this feels appropriate:

From Netflix, I’d be totally okay with that. I oftentimes think the all-at-once release schedule hurts more than it helps. I know I never end up reading reviews or discussing shows that do it. The conversation becomes too fractured as everyone watches at a different pace.

I look forward to the Le Guin doc. Left Hand of Darkness remains one of my favorite books.
