@Terry: Totally agree. It's the ribbon. As a windows user of Office 2007, I hated the ribbon at first, but once I got over the learning curve I found that it is really, really better. Then I switched to a Mac and was ready to shoot myself with Office 2008. I am so happy to have it back.
