Sometimes, I will answer when I want to have fun with them. I’m not as funny as people in the videos on YouTube. I have a 45 minute long audio of an MRI machine. I will answer, play file, put phone by speakers and blast the audio. I actually use an app that silences 90% of spam calls. But a few calls do get through.

Just ask is always best. My kid (non-verbal 7 yo) will give casual friends a high-five. But if shes comfortable with you, you can pick her up and legit squeeze her as hard as you can. It’s her favorite.

Also, some are sensory seeking when it comes to touch, like my son, and like great big, deep pressure hugs.
