No, I think you (and I) were right about CT200h...the tail-lights are very horizontal in the video.

Problem is that the rear lights seem to run horizontally in the suspect car (much like the CT200h) and not vertically like the Prius... but the third brake light points away from the CT200h.

I would agree with you but the lights in the video look alot wider.

I've driven the pre-updated version, and the updated version.
Again. Being murdered is a much more appealing option.
