That doesn't make any sense. No one forced apple to pay. No one forced them to buy this land. Apple isn't getting tricked into buying this land. They know exactly what price they're willing to pay and apparently 1.7 million was not above it. Free market at work. That's not robbery or shady. That's just a sale.
