Really, small/medium-sized electronics should never be made with glass. I can't remember how many times I have dropped my MP3 player and cellphone, and they still work fine. Like it or not, the small/medium electronics are the ones you're most likely to drop.
@McGoogles: Basically, 7-zip can open an file that is actually a compressed archive.
Or if you have 7-zip, just select 7-zip—Open Archive in the context menu.
