As a Warhammer fan since way back with Dawn of War 1, the problem has been a distinct lack of *quality* warhammer games. Total War: Warhammer (plus sequel), Vermintide 2, Space Marine, BF:G2, and the Dawn of War series are the only ones I could name off the top of my head that I played and enjoyed for more than like

For what it’s worth, I bought Nier Automata on Steam and I’ve had no issues whatsoever.  So... mileage may vary I guess?

Ironic that the talk today is about Painting.  Warhammer 40k’s 9th edition came out along with a collection of new miniatures.  I paint -abysmally- slow due to wanting to personalize every single model, but I’m hoping to set a goal of one mini per week and I should be done by this time next year!

Don’t forget, almost 99 years ago to the day, the Tulsa Race Massacre occurred.

As someone who’s been a party to, an observer, and even on the receiving end of these scenarios, I’d like to add a caveat:

So, I had meant to discuss this article but the FIRST THING I think of when I see the statues above is AWAKEN MY QUIVERING ABS!

Isekai has reached the ‘popcorn show’ status, where I just throw it onto the TV while doing something just so there’s background noise. Now with that being said, there are some exceptions: Isekai type shows is a -great- way to create conflict... but so many shows just skip right over it to go straight for the power

It’s sad that the first thing I thought of when I saw the headline is that my best friend is going to use this tag to completely avoid any exposure to content that so much as hints as anything LGBTQ+. There was a game a few years back that absolutely -floored- me with its story and the novel mechanics that it used.

Literal cancer logic. The purpose of live is to reproduce! *reproduces and consumes endlessly to the detriment of all which ultimately leads to death unless it is curbed or excised*

Shield Hero is that particularly horrible kind of isekai story about how awesome slavery is.”

...threat of suicide is a common tactic of abusive and manipulative PEOPLE.

Relevant comic.

Speaking as a customer service employee I know that driver's look.  The dead eyes of someone who has absolutely zero fucks to give and has for all intents and purposes checked out.  What is sitting there is a husk, waiting for the cause of his torment to get bored and wander off to torment someone else. Everyone in a

Ugh, it’s dbags like this guy that give me anxiety spirals whenever I go to conventions.

It probably wouldn’t have been sporting, but I’d have taken my helmet off all non-chalant and wait for him to take off his, then hit him across the face with your helmet. If someone does something that can potentially kill me you had better bet that you’re going to pay for it.

The thing about Sylvanas, though, is that out of everyone, she has some of the best justifications for her violence.”

For me, gaming ‘addiction’ is a symptom, not the disease. My life consists of being in a community that is at best dismissive of my interests and at worst downright hostile to them. I work a job that I dislike with coworkers I barely know to keep ahead of the crushing debt that apparently was necessary for me to take

*Is too busy enjoying single-player Sony Exclusives to care about whatever crossplay announcement this is about*

Rejoice! One of the patch changes animates night vision goggles! I can confirm that activating night vision or thermal will result in your character pulling the goggles down over their eyes!
