Not car related so... pic for your time?
So yesterday was a long day. Open houses, then a metal concert in Boston. The snow storm hit pretty much during the beginning of the concert, so when we left and headed for the 70 mile trip home it was slow going. Got home at 130, so obviously I took the Cayman out for some fun!
Daily driven, and it shows. Man it's fun when it snows.
Forgot to mention I stopped off here for lunch with a friend who knows this movie way better than I do.
Wow, can't wait to see DOTS at 10x!
I drove this canyon road and now I need to quit my job and move west. Damn.
And also this old truck in a COOL color.
Oh yeah I saw some cars on the walk here:
NP or CP?
Day 17 of work travel, trying to relax, 50% of my oppo attempts look like this. Yay.
Down at the bah (bar) tonight. With fancy Night Sight. Mostly seeing if the colors come through.
Down At The Sketchy Mexican Restaurant
Didn’t show well but the undercarriage is really golden. Also that yellow Veloster was sexy.
You may or may not have read my first foray into wrenching, I swapped my summer wheels for winter wheels. It was a big deal. Everyone cheered. Anyways, today I changed my oil!
Just went for a nice long-ish drive around the coast of some really nice towns near where I grew up. Lots of terrible drivers on the way to and from the good parts, but man did the good parts make it worth it. Twisty roads! Scenic views! Porsche noises! Anyway, see below.
Last year I was getting a bit annoyed with how much of a car enthusiast I am compared to how few fun cars I’ve driven. Most rentals not included. So, I wrote a list of ways I could figure to drive more cars without breaking the bank or changing my life too significantly. Here’s what I got:
Got this beauty (2017 and Manual) until midday Sunday in “southern” Florida. I’ve sat in them but I’ve never even been a passenger while in motion. So far I’ve driven 30 min from the airport, and later a 30 min drive down the coast. Lots of topless fun, obviously a pretty great little car, but I have so much more I…
Well, I scratched my goddamn car again. I’m so sick of this. I mean yes, it was technically avoidable, but the situation is bullshit. Let me explain the situation:
Nvm the tire pressure warning, I don’t have sensors in my winter wheels.
