The pirate market has been experimenting with putting extra ram/cpu power onboard a cartridge (mostly for video playback in their case), could this be nintendos answer to that? or possibly they plan to allow older dses (which this appears to be) to access newer titles, specifically things like dsiware?

@deanbmmv: Theres a concept in business, i dont remember the name exactly, but the premise is basically if you sell something substantially cheaper than your competitor, then the crowds thinking is that yours must be inferior. Maybe eventually, they'll meet each other halfway.

@Vylen: the internet forensics team consists of a few guys on a big piracy forum, he posted his receipt, video of him playing the game (he got it pre-launch day due to a store breaking steet dates), and pictures of himself with said game, then after all that still agreed to share the game. Not the smartest move.
