Adele is a public figure and while I agree that kids should be "off limits" to the paps, it comes with the territory of being a celebrity. As far as I know, there are no laws against photographing children of celebrities when they are in public.

You are going to the extremes with your examples. Most doctors will agree that having a couple of drinks in the early stages of pregnancy has little affect on the child.
