That was my immediate thought too, and I didn't even have the Bill Clinton answer to lead me there. Though a second later when I realized who he meant and why that would be the right answer, I was pretty annoyed at myself for not even getting my brain going in that direction.

Fascist!

This is a much better summer show than regular TV season show. It's not even just that the TV schedule can be so full in January; summer is a good time for silly shows, even silly shows that have a good balance of darkness/scariness in them. Maybe especially those ones.

At this point I'm more annoyed about the constant complaints about the redesign than about the redesign itself.

I thought it was interesting that the show had basically the same characters paired up as last week. Derek and Peter, Stiles and Lydia, Isaac and Allison, Scott and Kira. These groups all have solid dynamics but I hope it switches up soon—Lydia and Kira could be fun, Isaac and Derek probably still have some

I loved how playful the whole episode was. There was a really nice balance of fun and creepy this week.

I think we can all manage to only discuss the episode at hand and its predecessors, not upcoming episodes, per episode review. Especially given how short the season is; it'll only take a couple of weeks until we can talk about the whole thing.

Yeah the NSA response totally threw me. Like, really? Really?

It's like discovering a prosecutor falsified evidence to get a conviction. If he did it once, who's to say he didn't do it multiple times? It calls every conviction he's ever made into question, fair or not, and it could take years to clear everything even if he was above board every other time.

I might have missed it too, but I'm not exactly sure. I just remember Sherlock asking her about befriending Janine in the first place.

The John/Sherlock relationship gets a lot better in 2 and 3, I promise, and I had the same issues you did with the first episode.

I honestly really like both sets of Sherlocks and Watsons.

If you're absolutely strict about things, maybe avoid it, but otherwise you should be fine. It talks about a few new characters and some vague plot points that I would hardly qualify as a spoiler. That said, I wouldn't have read it before I saw the episodes because I am strict like that.

They're not married.

The Great Game is the last episode of the first season/series. It's a fantastic episode.

I also don't like downvoting, so instead I'll be passive aggressive and upvote a comment disagreeing with the unpleasant comment above.

You've got to wonder what their family holidays are like.

SPOILERS, OBVIOUSLY

I don't care for spoilers and usually avoid them when I can. I think it's less about ruining the story or film and more about ruining the potential experience, if that makes sense.

"Rosebud is the sled!" was always code for spoiler in my dad's family when I was growing up. I knew the spoiler of Citizen Kane before I even knew what Citizen Kane was.
