It was nice to see Danny get some more shading during that scene too.  I like the way he talked about his scars making him feel like a survivor.  Although did Ethan then say something like "I hope you do survive"?  I couldn't quite understand what he said.  Way to be creepy, Ethan; things were going so well for you!

I liked that Team Human got to be the heroes this week.

Plus Aiden was suspended for having his bike in the hallway and probably ineligible to compete in the track meet as a result.  That's why he was at the vet clinic last week instead.

3.  Everything with those two dragged down the pacing of the episode significantly.  Oh my god I just Didn't. Care. At. All.  And intercutting it with a pretty legitimately dramatic scene was just a weird editing choice altogether.

MTV needs to work on its advertising.  When creepy motel woman brags about having the most guest suicides in the state, a runner for "The Challenge" should not immediately appear.
