I’m not that old, but “back in my day,” people, mostly young adults worked minimum wage jobs like McDonald’s to earn some spending money and to learn what it mean to have a job, to get up, show up, work, etc. It was never meant to be a means of sustaining yourself and I think we’re missing the larger issue that there

What I want to see is how many places you can actually live in for $15/hr. I keep hearing about it being a “living wage,” but I’ve zero clue where you could actually pull it off and under what conditions.
