EVs have about 6 moving parts and don’t need gas or oil.  Cost of ownership is very low, and Teslas lose about 5% of their value over 5 years.  Also, EVS are a growing segment already, and Tesla’s percentage of that segment is growing.  

Porsche has sold 1500 taycans, and is delaying the estate version. The model S sold about 14,000 last year and is on track to equal or better that this year. That’s one impressive but scary bridge - all steel grate - the thought of doing it on a motorcycle is hair raising. This has nothing to do with airplanes, but was all I was thinking when driving across.

Everyone involved in F1 has noted this characteristic, and noted how few racers and champions have it. He is a clean racer and has been throughout his career. this s the difference between principles, and transactional behavior.

When he retires he will hold most every record, and he did it clean. Schummacher was a dirty driver, and will always have that asterix in his record. I don’t see Hamilton as a whiner - I see him as one of the greatest F1 drivers in history.

Sounds good. I’d say where Verstappen would still lag Hamilton is a little in craft and more in consistency. But his moments of aggressive brilliance make him exciting.  Maybe a coin toss - would be interesting to see.
