You’re right about tesla and the charging network. Tesla really thought it through. Chevy should minimally insist all dealers have a fast charger, but you can find where chargers are on the web, and if they align with where you go - you’re all set.

There is electricity in the rural areas.  It’s fascinating.

Hybrids boost fuel mileage a lot, for nt a lot more money. There’s a bunch out there - the Honda CRV is a sweet car.  A used Volt sounds interesting - I haven’t looked too closely at them, but the engineering is second to none.

The Chevy Bolt has large discounts and can be had for under $30k - or leased. I really like the tech and looks of this euro styled hatch and the price is very appealing. If you live in the city, you might have to find a charger once week, watch a netflix movie on your pad, and chill.
