@CookieDoughMonster: I've had the same thing happen, and i've read that the bubbles are from keeping nail polish in warm temperatures. I don't keep mine in the fridge, but under my bathroom sink, and I have been bubble-free since then. LaComtesse's nail polish remover trick works wonders for older nail polish.

@Janky: Hmmm... You could just use plain cornstarch. After I posted that I googled it to make sure I wasn't recommending anything that could possibly be damaging, and some other recipes called for potpourri-type stuff. Maybe grate some lemon peel, mix it with the cornstarch and let it sit for a week or two to absorb…
