I worked in restaurants on and off from the time I was thirteen until around thirty-nine, and the one constant was sexual harassment. Some managers and companies would take it seriously, there truly were a few, but definitely not all.

See, that's the thing. If a restaurant steals from their staff by shorting them worked hours and overtime, the staff won't feel exactly bad about stealing food. If they'd treat the employees better, they might save enough money in shrink to PAY folks for the work they do!

haha yes re: servers stealing stuff-I worked at a big chain steakhouse restaurant and I know for a fact that many servers would steal like 1 piece of dishware or silverware a night. After a month or two, they would end up with place settings for 8!
