I actually think that stuff is really tasty :( But then again I’ve never really been able to digest lactose, so I’ve never lived a life fully rich in cheese. Vegan cheese is great in certain dishes, but I won’t pretend like it’s supposed to be a substitute for all cheese.

Cultured vegan cashew cheese is amazing and I’ve never met anyone who’s tried it who’s disagreed, even my brother who mostly eats bacon.
