Many, many games have problems close to their launch that you won’t see in consoles. Many of these problems can be fixed with .ini tweaks. They are usually simple, but that’s beyond the point.

I get what you’re saying and I somewhat agree. But, even if it’s small, there’s a chance that every accusation is false or just wrong (accusing the wrong person, for instance). No punishments should be doled out just because “they were accused and almost all accusations are true”.
