Sad, but understandable. I love this show so much. Hopefully they have some ideas for a sixth season, and if it does get renewed, it’ll be a little something extra and special that a lot of shows don’t get.

This. Sorry to say, but facts are facts. You can write an amazing story, but if no one’s buying it, you’re losing money putting it out.
If the book doesn’t sell then it’ll get cancelled. Marvel isn’t a charity and profit margins in the comics industry are razor thin. It can’t afford to publish books if nobody buys them regardless of the sexuality of its characters
To each his own I guess. I find it to be an enjoyable show, with likeable characters, who are relatable... even if they are fixated on “ancient history”.
It’s a surprisingly fun show, and the characters are pretty much ordinary people. It’s not Trek, but it doesn’t have to be.
Having the guy behind Dexter’s worst seasons and Inhumans behind it didn’t help.
