Or we could . . . ya know . . . celebrate that relatively new American car company, despite all of its flaws, is a) actually producing cars, and b) making some safe ones at that.

I’ve watched a few streams of it. I’m waiting for the PC version, and hope they drastically change the looting for PC, as the scrolling function over a downed enemy to loot them seems . . . painful in the context of having a mouse and keyboard. I understand that it works for console though.
That your car purchase meets all of your needs, but also meets a bunch of wants doesn’t mean your purchase was based on needs.
I’d disagree with the sentiment that most vehicles are bought based on need instead of want. The average price of a new car is now in the mid 30's, however there are still plenty of cars offered in the teens and low 20's new. But people are buying more expensive cars because they aren’t buying something for their 99%…
The ability to quickly send over-the-air updates is both a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, the ability to fix a problem quickly is awesome. On the other, the ability to fix a problem quickly likely means that the scrutiny and QA testing these releases get isn’t of the same rigor that a release would get if…
Not that black and white honestly. Agencies can establish links to their jurisdiction fairly easily. They call it a nexus. For example, let’s say the FBI is investigating a kidnapping. The state department wouldn’t necessarily be in on that, but if they establish a nexus (ex. guy has a passport), bam, they get in on…
A good thing to know is Google’s “Find my Phone” feature. If you google that, and have an android with a linked google account, you can remotely locate, ring, lock, and even erase your device. So if it gets stolen, it allows you to remotely lock it, with a different password than before, and have the screen say “this…
It’s not too bad, but definitely a “not after 9pm” thing unless it’s a weekend. If you could keep the door closed it wouldn’t be terrible, but you want some good ventilation while you’re doing it.
I dunno, I was surprised to see they have a system in place actually telling people their specific vehicle is OverHeight, and must turn. Feel like that should say enough.
Next up get yourself a plasma cutter. Having a welder and plasma cutter changed my world in terms of what I could do in my own garage. Example: I was able to tuck up my exhaust on my 66' project by cutting holes in a cross member, then welding in reinforcements that exhaust could run through.
You waiting on the next Luthor season as well?
I believe he even got the car up on two wheels in the final turn, right?
What is optimal? Honestly the way I look at it, I carry my phone with me all the time as it has multiple uses. The key fob I carry has 1 use, and if it weren’t for the car I wouldn’t need it. So eliminating a sole-purpose item I view as a good thing.
On the plus side she’ll likely get a Model S or X to cruise around in for awhile. Yeah, never as nice as your own vehicle, but not terrible. I always hated when I had my 550XI, having to take it in, and getting something like an X1 for a loaner. Where is the attempted upsell??
Your steering wheel in the Model 3 has two thumb buttons. One is a volume “knob” when you’re not in a context sensitive menu to adjust mirrors or the wheel.
You can have the most secure bank vault in the world, but if a bank employee gives you the code you’re still fucked.
That’s absolutely not true. There are plenty of people who do, who own it, who back it, and who invest in it. It’s just a decentralized backing, which is part of the entire point. To focus on the past month alone ignores that what started out as being worth a few pennies a piece still floats between 6-8k in value.…
Far far far more people are ripped off everyday of their traditional currency, but we still invest our faith in it. The value of any currency is only fundamentally held up by the belief that it has value. There is nothing intrinsically valuable about a dollar bill, just the belief that it has value. Same with gold,…
Fortunately the two aren't mutually exclusive, and a good backup artist would be using both.
He’s not going anywhere. He’s just here to troll.
