Isn’t this, like, a blatant case of libel? Not necessarily by Trump (who can always claim that he actually believed what he retweeted), but by the author of the original Tweet (who had to know his actuations were false)?

But insurance is generally more efficient and effective in coutries with private insurance. I can’t think of one metric Canada outperforms Germany or France on when it comes to healthcare.
