You’re right in that voters understood the “potential consequences.” And if the DNC would like to ride that high horse through 2018, they can go right ahead.

It’s not sad, because it’s not an anti-Bernie supporter rant; it’s an anti Bernie-or-Bust / Hilary’s-Just-as Bad-as-Trump rant. The two groups of people are not necessarily the same, and a rant against the latter is perfectly reasonable because that latter group is in part responsible for Trump’s victory.

It amazes me how some folks completely ignore the first part of that Amendment, which places the right of the people to keep an bear arms in the context of a well-regulated militia. There’s a reason the Amendment isn’t just the part after the comma, and the two phrases that make up the sentence are not unrelated.
